Yevhen Hlibovytsky is managing partner at pro.mova strategic advisory and marketing consultancy. He had made career in media as a rare Ukrainian journalist, who covered mainstream world affairs — from war in Yugoslavia to WTC crash site in New York after 9/11, Davos WEF conferences to other high profile meetings or events. Locally, has written extensively on Gongadze case and political crisis in Ukraine. In 2002 he co-founded Channel 5, which became crucial outlet during the Orange revolution in 2004. Since quitting media in 2005, he worked as an expert for OSCE and various UN projects in Ukraine, the Caucasus and Central Asia mostly focusing on media, institutional development and human rights issues. Within his consultancy he is guiding research projects on values of the Ukrainians, business culture and ethics in Ukraine, cross-cultural issues in various parts of the country and comparative studies with other countries of the former USSR.
